Camphene is a particularly pungent, herbaceous terpene that possesses a camphoraceous, cooling, woody aroma with notes of citrus and mint. Strains known for their content of Camphene include Ghost OG, Strawberry Banana, and Mendocino Purps. Isolated Camphene can be naturally sourced from valerian (Valeriana officinalis). In the 1900s Camphene was well known for its use as a fuel source for lamps and as a component of turpentine.
This terepene is a solid. Simply heat up the bottle in a warm “bath” of water and wait for the crystals to liquify.
